Serve on the Board or a Committee:
SHRMJC is entirely managed and operated through a volunteer board of directors, committees and volunteer committee members. Board of Director positions and committee opportunities are available in the following areas:
- Diversity Programs
- Marketing and Public Relations
- Government and Legal Affairs
- Workforce Readiness
- Awards and Recognition
- Social Media
- College Relations
Board of Director Positions: Require a 1-3 year commitment.
Committee Opportunities: If you are looking for an opportunity to make a positive contribution and impact upon the chapter, without the requirement of an extended time commitment, volunteer to serve on one of our committees!
Enhance your visibility:
Help with a chapter event. SHRMJC's many meetings, roundtables and seminars couldn't happen without you. We always need on-site administrators to check-in registrants, welcome new members, introduce speakers, set-up special events and distribute presentation materials.
Share your expertise:
Recognized for providing the highest quality of continuing education, SHRMJC relies on the knowledge, skills and time of talented area presenters and subject matter experts like you. Are you a subject matter expert? Do you have a topic you'd like to present? Become a SHRMJC presenter.
